Pia is responsible for the conception and design of different communication products at nova-Institute. In addition to implementing nova’s public appearance, she also develops logos and corporate identities as well as various print media for national and international research projects. Furthermore, Pia’s tasks also include the layout of websites and the editing and cutting of videos.
Background and expertise
Pia studied Graphic Design and Visual Communication at HMKW (Hochschule für Medien, Kommunikation und Wirtschaft) in Cologne. During the same time, she completed her apprenticeship as a Digital and Print Media Designer with a diploma from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK). Already during her studies, Pia gained practical experience in communication and design agencies, among others in Barcelona. Before joining nova, she worked as a graphic designer for an agency in Cologne.
